Kos
Kos ist eine der griechischen Dodekanes-Inseln. Sie ist bekannt für ihre ausgedehnten Sandstrände. Außerdem ist sie reich an griechischen und römischen Funden aus der Antike, besonders in und um die geschäftige Stadt Kos. Die Hafenstadt wird dominiert von der Ritterburg aus dem 15. Jahrhundert, dem Archäologischen Museum von Kos, den Ruinen der antiken Agora und der Villa Casa Romana aus dem 3. Jahrhundert mit ihren üppigen Mosaiken.

Kos is one of Greek Dodecanese islands. Is known for it’s abundant sandy beaches. Also, it is rich with Greek and Roman ancient findings , particularly in and around busy Kos Town. This harbor city is dominated by the 15th-century Castle of the Knights fortress. It’s also home to the Kos Archaeological Museum, the Ancient Agora ruins, and the 3rd-century Casa Romana villa with its lavish mosaics.
